Metin2 offers players the chance to explore a fantasy world and take part in battles in real time. Players use their skills to discover the secret of Metin and help save the planet. Read the review to discover if this game is as much fun as it sounds.

Players are invited to take on the role of a brave hero and solve the mystery of meteors that have been falling from the sky and affecting the life on the planet. Gamers form a team with other players to try to either defend or rule the planet. There are also other teams of heroes with the same goal and players must try to outwit and defeat the other teams along the way.

In order to work their way through the game, players can take their pick from one of four different classes. Each of these classes has different skills and strengths as well as certain weaknesses. However, the benefits of choosing a class do not really kick in until the 15th level and there is a lot of game play to get through before this happens.

Players are given various different ways of interacting and moving through the game. in addition to engaging in battles with one or more of the other two teams, they can ride mounts and explore on foot. There are lots of different missions to take part in and players are rewarded for successfully completing these missions with skill points and other prizes.

The sound effects of the game are pretty good and overall there is nothing wrong with Metin2. Players who are into fantasy role playing games will find a lot to do here and many new things to see. For some reason though it just feels like something is missing somewhere and the action is not anywhere near as exciting as it could be.

One of the things that makes fantasy games so engaging is their cool graphics. Unfortunately, the graphics in Metin2 look rather dated, which takes the edge off the game a little. The lack of options can also be rather frustrating, while some of the missions that players are sent on feel rather dull and do not seem to influence the outcome of the game much.
